Anand serves as Chief Executive officer of THOUGHTPARTNERS. He is responsible for executing business strategy and directing overall growth & operations of the company. He has 21 years of work experience in BPM industry, started his career as a voice agent and in last 2 decades has led various functions/centers across various countries i.e. India, US, UK, Canada, Philippines, Romania.

Prior to THOUGHTPARTNERS, he has led several leadership positions including SVP Strategy & Capability, Location leader in WNS; Site Director & Global Account leader in SITEL. He has vast experience across Strategy, Operations, Account Management, Capability Creation & Digital Transformation.

Anand has run large portfolio of operations in Finance & Accounting, Shipping & Logistics back office, Telecom, ISPs.

After a fairly successful corporate career spanning across 2 decades, Anand is now set out to build THOUGHTPARTNERS into a global trusted brand.

Over last 21 years, Anand has built a personal brand of being Highly reliable, Tenacious, Innovative & creating value for the customers and employees.

John serves as leader of Sales & Client Relations, North America. He is responsible for international business growth, generating new business and expanding current business engagements. He has 40 years of work experience in finance including roles in accounting, treasury, operations, audit, purchasing, and supply chain.

He has led functions in transportation, healthcare, and professional service organizations with experience in outsourced operations both domestically and internationally. His experience includes process improvement, process automation, outsourcing, audit support, shared services, revenue and receivables management and general accounting functions. He has a master’s in business administration and is a certified public accountant.

Amit serves as Head of HR and internal business responsible for executing people strategy and enabling business and operations team at ThoughtPartners to function smoothly.

Amit has 21+ years of experience in Aviation and Hospitality industries. Amit has led teams from the front across the globe and won accolades for his leadership skills.

In his 21 years of experience working for multinational corporations, he has exposure to lead people of diverse nationalities, the international exposure also helped him set the service delivery benchmark at the highest level.

He has an eye for detail and has vast experience across customer experience, HR, Learning & Development.

He has worked with companies like Emirates Airlines, Hyatt group of hotels, Air India to name a few.

He is passionate about physical & mental fitness and spends his free time working out, yoga, cycling and putting his mind at ease.
